Membership is free and you can register online, at the front desk of our partner hotels, or through the Europuntos Customer Service Center: 0-800-EURORES (387.67.37).
Go to the "Sign In" section, then enter your membership number or email address and your password.
When you register at the front desk of one of our participating hotels, your password will be sent to the email address that you listed on the registration form.
If you forgot your Europuntos membership number, please call the Europuntos Customer Service Center: 0-800-EURORES (387.67.37) or contact us via email: atencionalcliente@europuntos.com.
Go to the "Sign In" section and click "Forgot your password?", then enter the email address used to register and it will immediately be sent to you by email.
To change your password you must log in to your Europuntos account.
Log into your Europuntos account and click the "Personal information" section.
You will receive your Europuntos card within 5 to 6 weeks after your third stay as a Europuntos Member.

You can also print a temporary card by logging into your account.
Provide your Europuntos membership number when booking a room and during check in. Bookings must be registered under the member's name. Accumulate one point per 1000 bolivars spent on rooms in our hotels in Venezuela, and 70 points per dollar spent in locations outside of Venezuela.
No, you can only earn points once you are registered with the Europuntos loyalty program.
Up to two rooms per stay can be used to accumulate Europuntos.

If your card is lost you can request a replacement by logging into your account and clicking the "Request a new card" section, or by calling the Europuntos Customer Service Center.
The Europuntos will be posted to your account up to 15 days after checkout.
Keep in mind that points can take up to 15 days after checkout to be reflected in your account. If the points are not posted to the account during the specified period, you should fill out the form for missing points and attach the bill for your hotel stay.

If the bill cannot be included, print the form and send both documents via fax to +58 (212) 902.25.08.
You can easily redeem Europuntos for hotel stays in standard rooms or superior rooms; all you need to do is log into your Europuntos account or contact us at the Europuntos Customer Service Center 0-800-EURORES (387.67.37).
YYou can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of your arrival.
