Our Deluxe Suite, is a major upgrade from our standard rooms, offering an additional living room space that is ideal for when your stay is a little longer than usual. The luxurious japanese style doors separate the main room from the living room, which features a second flat screen LED-TV and sofa-bed. You will also find plenty of closets for a comfortable, home-like, feeling. If you forsee spending some time in your room to work or just relax with fellow travelers or friends, this is the room you should book.
Our business suite is designed specifically for the business traveler. The living room is the closest to the door, and the luxurious bathroom separates the living room from the bedroom. This way any guest can comfortably conduct a small meeting inside the room without exposing the intimacy of the bedroom. With an additional HD-LEDTV, guests can connect their computer or devices to the screen and conduct a presentation. If you plan to meet for business with a small group of people (2-6) this room will be your most efficient choice.
Our master room is basically an apartment, offering the most amenities. At more than 1100 sq-ft, the room is more spacious than most apartments in town, and is equiped with 2 full bathrooms, a full kitchen, a jacuzzi and a queen size murphy bed. Adittionaly, it is the only room with a terrace where guest can enjoy the outside air without leaving the suite. The suite is ideal for guests who are planing to stay for over a week, or who simply want the best EB Hotel has to offer.
Our Concierge Service is always on-call to arrange special requests. In addition to arranging transportation service, can also arrange for pick-up or drop-off of dry cleaning and any number of other tasks. Of course, our staff will always be happy to make restaurant reservations, book a spa appointment, or a golf tee time for guests.

ARRIVALS AND DEPARTURES FROM MIAMI INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT
EB Hotel Miami offers transportation upon request, please contact the hotel to arrange your pick up or drop off. Our Courtesy Vans pick-up and drop-off guests curbside on the SECOND FLOOR – DEPARTURE LEVEL per airport regulations. Please note that the baggage claim area is located on first floor – lower level. If you are claiming checked baggage, please return to the second floor before proceeding outside to wait for our shuttle. While there is not a dedicated pick up area, our Courtesy Drivers will stop at any of the terminals located on the second floor. Look for silver vans marked with the EB Hotel Miami logo within 15 minutes of your request. Please give our driver a friendly wave to identify yourself as a EB Hotel Miami guest. You will arrive at the hotel within approximately 5 minutes.
Cancelations must be made by web, telephone, fax or email, 24 hours prior to arrival date to be effective. If you must cancel after this deadline please note that we will assess one night room and tax fee.
Guaranteed Reservations and Deposits
By securing your online reservation with a credit card, you are eligible for our Reservations Guarantee even if you check in late (after 6:00 pm). All reservations made through the website must be guaranteed via major credit card (e.g. American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Diner’s Club). If your credit card cannot hold the pre-check in authorization your reservation might be canceled. Please make sure your credit card can hold an authorization for the first night of room + tax at least 3 days prior to your scheduled arrival date.
Certain arrival dates and rates may require a deposit. Please check for full deposit requirements at time of booking.
Additionally, we require a security deposit at time of check in. Security deposits are normally done by authorizing the credit card for a small percentage of your total stay amount. If the deposit is given in cash the minimum amount required at check in is $400. Please be advised that we will not be able to check you in if you don’t provide either this amount or if your credit card cannot hold the authorization.
- Hotel will only accept packages 10 days prior to guest arrival, US$ 5.00 fee may apply for each package arriving earlier than that.
- Guests are allowed to send a maximum of 3 packages per room complimentary, additional packages are subject to US$ 5.00 handling fee each.
- Hotel will not be responsible for damaged or missing items inside the package.
- Hotel is unable to refuse packages after guest checks out.
- The hotel reserves the right to dispose any packages not picked up for more than 30 days.
